It's nearly time for trial for a man accused of plotting to place a backpack bomb on a Key West beach in the name of ISIS.
Jury selection is set to begin tomorrow in Key West federal court.Federal investigators say Harlem Suarez told an informant about his plans.
He was taken into custody when he tried to buy what he thought was a bomb from an undercover agent.
He was arrested in 2015.
Suarez faces attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and supporting terrorism charges.Opening statements could begin Monday.
