Coach Flores: Tua Is Day-To-Day

Dol-fans may be able to breath a slight sigh of relief.

It appears despite being knocked out of the game in the first quarter yesterday against the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's rib injury may not be severe.

X-rays were negative, and this afternoon Coach Brian Flores said, "We're still running some tests. He was in a lot of pain yesterday... Still in a good deal of pain today, but I think we'll call him day-to-day right now."

After battling back from a series of injures in recent years, Flores doesn't question Tua's toughness. "He's going to do everything he can to get back as soon as he can. I have a lot of confidence in that."

The Bills went on to beat the Fins 35-0.

Wide receiver Will Fuller has also returned to training camp after dealing with a personal issue.
