Miami-Dade residents invited to attend public meetings on redistricting being held today until month's end. County Planning Spokeswoman Kimberly Brown says they will have outreach meetings in every commission district before 4 regional meetings. Commission districts are redrawn every decade following the release of census data to ensure compliance with one person, one vote.
