Men caught on Ring doorbell moving body from home after drug deal

DAVENPORT, FL - Three men were captured on a Ring doorbell camera removing a dead body from a Florida home after a drug deal went bad.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office released the video, which shows the men carrying the body of a St. Petersburg man who was killed in Davenport.

According to authorities, 29-year-old Xavier Antonio Johnson was shot and killed during a drug deal at an Airbnb.

Deputies say two men entered the home on the evening of April 13th, before they shot and killed Johnson.

One of the men, Justin Jenkins, has been arrested. 

The other suspect is still on the loose.

Surveillance video taken from the home's Ring doorbell showed three men carrying Johnson’s body out of the home. 

The men took Johnson to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Investigators say Johnson and his associates had been selling marijuana from the house since April 8th, 2022.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the second man involved in Johnsons’ death.
