The Tampa Bay Lightning (6-4-2) defeated the Utah Mammoth (8-4-0) 4-2 on Sunday afternoon at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City.
Jake Guentzel broke the tie in the third with what would prove to be game-winning goal. The Lightning also got goals from Yanni Gourde and Anthony Cirelli, as well as an empty net goal from Brandon Hagel.
The continue a Western swing when they travel to play the Avalanche in Colorado on Tuesday night. Puck drop from Denver is scheduled for 9:30 PM on Tuesday evening.
