Marlins pitcher Eury Perez will undergo Tommy John surgery and miss the rest of the season.
Perez has been dealing with elbow discomfort and hasn't pitched since Spring Training.
He joins Marlins ace Sandy Alcantara who had the same surgery on his elbow in October.
The Fish are in St. Louis to take on the Cardinals this afternoon.
