Jacksonville, FL - A new study shows that the Jacksonville Jaguars have the most expensive jerseys in the NFL, with an average cost of $167.99.
The analysis, conducted by Ninja Patches, reviewed the 50 most popular jerseys for each team on the official NFL Shop to calculate average prices.
Following the Jaguars, the New York Giants rank second with an average jersey price of $158.85, and the Detroit Lions are third at $156.91.
The Nike Teal Prowler jersey is among the Jaguars’ top-selling jerseys and is priced at $169.99.
Other Florida teams have lower average costs.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers jerseys average $141.59, while Miami Dolphins jerseys are $137.89, placing them 15th and 19th in the league, respectively.
According to Victor Ilisco, Director of Sales & Operations at Ninja Patches, factors such as brand partnerships, player popularity, and team demand affect jersey prices.
Teams with high demand and popular designs tend to have higher prices.
The study also found that the Chicago Bears have the lowest average jersey cost at $124.95.
Other teams with lower averages include the Arizona Cardinals at $125.57, Houston Texans at $127.39, and Los Angeles Chargers at $129.53.
The full rankings highlight the wide variation in NFL jersey prices across teams, reflecting differences in popularity, player appeal, and design trends.
