"Let's say certain conferences shut down. Let's say certain teams still say we're playing regardless, we're going to pick up games. I want a super-conference. I want a super-tournament. I want a super-bubble of college football where, I don't know if it has to be the top 25 schools in the AP Poll and you let them battle it out or the top 30 so you can those 5 outsiders in and it's a 'college football March Madness' of sorts."
