Four children, ranging in age from 12 to 17 (a 12 year old was driving) were arrested and charged Sunday after police say they stole a car, fled from the police and hit a woman head-on over the weekend.
Law enforcement was alerted about this 12-year-old when they received numerous calls about a reckless driver. Deputies discovered the vehicle, a black Chevy Trailblazer, around 1:30 p.m. And the chase was on.
